is an artist and writer who works across installation, drawing, and publishing. After two longer stays in Algiers, their poetic travel report “Lichtpause” was published by Rotopol in 2017. In 2019, Nino Bulling’s book „Bruchlinien: Drei Episoden zum NSU“ was published by Spector Books. Bulling’s first fictional comic book „Firebugs“ was originally released in 2022 as part of their contribution to documenta fifteen in Kassel, alongside an exhibition and extensive public program revolving around trans and queer strategies in graphic publishing. Their most recent publication to date is the anthology „Cutes: Collected Queer and Trans Comics“, co-edited with Nour Hifaoui and Joseph Kai of Samandal collective. Nino Bulling lives and works in Berlin.
